Nicholaus is a highly experienced tax and legal advisor with over 20 years of practice in corporate tax, tax disputes and international tax structuring. He provides strategic counsel to multinational corporations, financial institutions, government agencies, NGOs and companies in sectors including hospitality, healthcare and microfinance.

He has advised prominent clients such as the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF), Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC), World Vision Tanzania and Vision Fund Microfinance Bank, among others. His expertise covers a range of matters including corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, tax audits and tax compliance.

Nicholaus is a Certified Public Accountant (FCPA-PP), an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, an Accredited Arbitrator and a Certified Director. He has extensive experience in both legal and financial advisory, which allows him to deliver well-rounded, practical solutions to complex tax and governance issues.

Before co-founding Theodore Attorneys, Nicholaus held senior roles in tax consultancy and advisory across both public and private sectors.
